A scene created at the height of the COVID lockdowns in Metro Manila, an attempt to capture the feeling of what its like to be outside again.

Starting with the public domain Azul pixelart tileset by Adam Saltsman, I expanded on the pixel art while finding creative uses of the existing tileset to build an urban scene from Manila.
