Lead the Ubisoft Philippines team on the technical side of working with a game engine the Philippine team had no prior experience with.
Collaborated with Ubisoft Montreal to understand the tech and art pipeline and communicated that knowledge to the Philippine art team.
Worked closely with artists to help them deliver assets that were both technically and artistically excellent. Created tools to streamline artist workflow.
Worked with QA and production to optimize team processes.
